Michael Lo Sordo last night presented a stunning SS13/14 collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia in Sydney.

With gorgeous attention to detail and effortless styling, muted colour palettes with splashes of cobalt blue complemented flawless tailoring.

Intricate pleating brought to life shift dresses and cropped peplums whilst two-piece suits with masculine silhouettes and dramatic, oversized blazers emerged as key spring summer trends on the Michael Lo Sordo runway.

Redken’s Richard Kavanagh styled the hair for the show in a low-slung ponytail with bobby pins at the front whilst Maybelline’s Nigel Stanislaus adapted the designer’s signature colour to the beauty look with cobalt triangles on each temple.
