I was recently gifted the Leon Breakfast & Brunch cookery book, a wonderful collection of simple breakfast and brunch recipes.
While thumbing through the book for some Saturday morning breakfast inspiration, I started to think of all the great Sydney breakfast spots and brunch places that I’ve enjoyed; smashed avocado on toast, bircher muesli, pancakes with maple syrup and more, all washed down with loose leaf earl grey tea, a mocha or fresh juice.
For those looking for some breakfast inspiration around town or the perfect scrambled eggs recipes, check out the below list.
